PROJECT GRADUATION LAST BLAST
The Project Graduation volunteers' sincerest hope is that your student will choose to be a part of Last Blast, on June 20th from 9:00 pm - 4:00 am at Lifetime Fitness in Florham Park, NJ - we have a ton of fun stuff planned for the kids! Thanks to the efforts and generosity of Project Graduation volunteers and supporters, the Last Blast is free to all seniors!  In order to attend Last Blast, we need to have the attached permission slips signed and returned to the BHS Main Office.

Please read the following carefully:
1) ALL 3 of the permission slips must be returned to the BHS Main Office in order for your student to get on the bus the night of graduation. Even if your student says he/she is not going to do the climbing wall they must still sign the waiver - plans change once the kids get to Lifetime and therefore everyone must fill everything out.
2) NO paperwork will be accepted the night of Graduation. No exceptions.
3) All 3 permissions slips are due to the BHS front office no later than June 10th.
4) Students participating in Last Blast MUST travel to and from the event site on the chartered buses. They are not allowed to drive themselves. No exceptions.
Participation Waiver
