Vision Board

A Vision Board is a visual tool you create to affirm your goals and motivate you to work towards those goals. Visualizing your success and personal growth provides your brain with a road map for how to accomplish the goals you’ve set for yourself.

GET STARTED:

DEEP DIVE:
You don’t want to rush this first part! It’s super important to be honest with yourself when you are thinking about what you want to accomplish. (Hint: This part isn’t so easy for many people. Journaling or mapping your thoughts may be helpful)

CRYSTAL CLEAR: Now that you know what you want, it’s time to define your goals. Be sure to include how you want to “feel” not just want you “want.”

Ideas to Inspire

Create a vision board that represents . . .

A positive mindset to keep you motivated.
 What inspires you?
Your future (How you envision your future - career, lifestyle, home, etc.)
How does your future self look, act, live? What is she/he doing?
Would you like to inspire and/or uplift others? If so, how? Who inspires you?
Your future self (Journey: personal growth and self-development)
What activities make you feel energized and happy? Technology? Crafts? Cooking? Performing? Sports? Music? Writing? Drawing?
Think: “GO BIG OR GO HOME!” What do you really want to achieve in life?
Where you’d like to be in 5, 10, 20 years.
What sounds, places, or people (animals too) make you feel happy?
What issues do you care about the most? The environment? Human rights? Injustice? Preserving wildlife? Empowerment?
