The Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership (HOBY) program prepares students for a lifetime of leadership. Students spend 3 exciting days engaging in leadership development activities, collaborating with students from around the state, and exploring leadership from three perspectives: individual, group and society. The next seminar occurs on June 10-12, 2022, scheduled at Kean University. Interested students should submit a 100 word essay on why they would like to attend this program.
